These terms govern your use of the HireByt website and services. By submitting a request through this site or engaging HireByt's services, you agree to the terms below.
HireByt provides delivery growth services for restaurants and cloud kitchens, including but not limited to platform onboarding, menu engineering, listing optimisation, advertising management, and performance reporting. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines for any engagement are agreed separately in a written proposal.
While we work to improve your delivery platform performance, results depend on factors outside our control (market conditions, platform algorithm changes, competitor activity, kitchen operations). We do not guarantee specific revenue or ranking outcomes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, engagements are on a rolling monthly basis with no long-term lock-in. Either party may end the engagement with notice as specified in the service agreement.
You agree to provide accurate account access, brand assets, and menu information needed for us to deliver the service, and to hold the necessary rights to any content or imagery you provide us.
HireByt's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement period.
